Data we collect

Our forms collect your company, name, work email, phone if you give it, sector, needs and message. The sending service also receives your IP address to filter spam.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your quote or partnership request and prepare a possible business relationship, based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps.

Recipients

Our sales team receives your requests by email. The Web3Forms service passes the form to our inbox and acts on our behalf as a processor. Web3Forms is run from India by Web3Creative, and its spam filters CleanTalk and Akismet receive your IP address and email in the United States. These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914), built into the Web3Forms data processing agreement. You can get a copy by writing to us.

Retention

We keep your requests for 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Web3Forms deletes received forms no later than 3 years after they are sent.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@bibars.fr. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools, and no fonts loaded from a third party. The Google Maps link opens Google's site in a new tab.

Maps

When you approach a map (Products, home, Pro pages), your browser loads its base map from OpenFreeMap (Hyperknot Software Kft., Hungary), which receives your IP address at that moment. According to its privacy policy, OpenFreeMap sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses in its access logs.
